Can I safely place an order online?

Yes, WaferSeals.com is a secure e-commerce site where your credit card information and passwords are entered on secure webpages. A secure web page is a web page which is encrypted. A secure page makes it safe to enter credit card information without concern that someone - other than the intended recipient - will see your information. You can tell if a web page is secure by looking for https:// in the URL once you are in the process of checkout and looking for the little gold lock at the bottom of the web page on old browsers or at the top right on new browsers. How do I know that this web site is secure for credit card use?

The only people who have access to your credit card information are banking institutions and their intermediaries. The website and hosting company do not store the information in a format that can be directly read by people. All the information is received encrypted and remains encrypted.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your username and password, you can use the password recovery option ( click here to recover password ). This option will email a copy of your username and password to the email address on-file. The process is quick and easy. It will take less than a few minutes to receive your username and password by email. This form is also available by clicking the "Forgot Password". link below the log-in entry form.


To protect your account, your are required to enter some information (see list below). This information is used to recognize you. Your username and password will be e-mailed to the address on-file.

  • Full Billing Name used on last order:
    This is the full name on the credit card you used to make your most recent completed purchase.
  • E-Mail Address Used to place last order:
    This is the e-mail address that was entered during your most recent completed purchase. Do not enter a different e-mail address. This field is not used to select an e-mail address to which you would like your username and password sent. Passwords will only be e-mail to the address used for your last completed order.

How do I update my account?

You can update your account information by using the My Account web page. Your account information is also automatically updated with each order you place.

Is my login information case sensitive?

Yes, your login information is case sensitive.
