This is not a call center; you can speak to the same person each time you call. If they can't answer your question they are backed up by managers with combined 30 years of experience.

Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

Not automatically. A printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process. This receipt contains all information about your order. If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.

Does Waferseals.com charge sales tax?

Waferseals.com collects sales tax in our home state of New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically added on to your order during check out if you type in a New Jersey shipping address. If you believe you are tax exempt, select "tax exempt" to remove the tax, then fax (800-279-6897) or mail your exempt certificate. Waferseals.com cannot processes your order until that exempt certificate is provided.

My organization is tax exempt, what information do I need to send?

Fax the appropriate exempt certificate (exempt use, resale, exempt organization or direct payment). Only New Jersey customers need to send exempt certificates. Waferseals.com does not collect sales tax in any other state. The web site will not add sales tax unless you ship to an address in New Jersey.

Is there an order minimum for online purchases?

Yes, there is a minimum order of $25.00

How do I know Waferseals.com received my order?

When you check out and place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e mail within a few minutes. On occasion, a credit card will not be approved for a variety of reasons. In those situations, you can either call us toll free 800-274-6271 or we'll contact you when your order is reviewed for release into our system.

How do I change an order I submitted to Waferseals.com online?

If changes are needed, we'll be happy to assist you, however, please keep in mind changing an online order is complicated because it involves order processing as well as credit card processing, and customer service does not have access to internet credit card information. As a result, many times it's easier to cancel an order and start again. However, deleting an item is easier than adding one. To change or cancel an order, call customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. In certain situations, if you want to add onto your order, we'll need to obtain your credit card information verbally over the phone.

Please keep in mind that once your order is placed it goes into production, which can result in cancellation charges on custom orders.
