If your challenge is provided at time of purchase, insert a message in special instructions window with a link to the competitive website. If your challenge is confirmed, the lower price will be charged when processing your order and an email confirming that fact will be sent to you.

If your price challenge occurs within 5 days after purchase, send an email containing company name and/or your name, zip code, phone number and a link to the exact Waferseals.com item found on another website. If confirmed, a credit in the amount equal to the price difference will be made within 5 business days.

If your challenge occurs more than 5 days after purchase or, more specifically, more than 120 hours after purchase, the challenge will not be considered for credit as described.
