Can I add special instructions to an order?

Yes, you can add special instruction to an order on the check out page along with your shipping information.

Which credit cards do we accept?

American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, we also accept Brimar Net30 terms, refer to "How to open a Brimar Net30 Account" page

Can I view a previous order?

You can only view your order history if you opened an account at checkout. Previous orders can be viewed by going to the Order History under My Account page. Clicking on any of the hyperlinks in the order history area will load a printable copy of the e-receipt for the order. This e-receipt contains all the information in the system about the order except tracking number or other status. The order status or tracking number is display next to the order number.

Guest checkout does not offer the option to view or to track your order. We recommend opening an account at checkout, it allows you to view, track and reorder from previous orders.

How can I see my order history?

Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

Not automatically. A printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process. This receipt contains all information about your order. If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.

What will be charged to my credit card or Brimar Net30 account?

WaferSeals.com will charge you the exact amount that appears on your order confirmation for product, tax, and shipping.

Once your application is received, it will go through an approval process.

This approval process typically takes 5-8 business days depending on the response times of your trade references. When you are approved, you will receive an e-mail with your account number (10-digit alphanumerical code) and security code (4-digit number). Keep this information in a safe place as it is needed every time you order from WaferSeals.com.

How to use your Brimar Net30 Account for the first time.

1. Account is needed at checkout time.
2. The Brimar Net30 option is available as another credit card option, only that it will ask for 2 numbers intead of 3.
3. Account number is case sensitive, type account number as it was supplied to you by Brimar.
4. Security code is a 4-digit number.

Setting up your existing Brimar Net30 Account for use on this website is easy. Simply call Brimar at 855-444-9479 or fill out the Contact Us Form to request your Brimar Net30 account to be set-up online as well.

We will then set up your account for use on WaferSeals.com, and email you your account number and pin. Make sure you save this information, since you will need it every time you order from this website. Once you've received this information, follow the steps above for using your Brimar Net30 account online.

What is my credit limit?

Your credit limit will be emailed to you along with your account number and pin. If you have lost this information or would like to confirm your limit, please contact Customer Service at 855-444-9479.
